## Job Overview & Description

Office of the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) & District Rural Development Cell, Birbhum under Anandadhara (WBSRLM) invites offline applications under notification No. 3544/IX-63/DMMU/Birbhum for 14 positions of Community Resource Person (CRP). Vacancies are spread across Bolpur-Sriniketan, Labpur, Suri-I, Sainthia, Nalhati-II, and Rampurhat-II blocks. Women candidates who have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) and possess at least 3 years of active membership in Self Help Groups (SHG) or Sangha are eligible to apply offline by 17 November 2026.

## Eligibility & Qualifications

- **Required Degree**: Higher Secondary (10+2) examination pass from a recognized board/council with minimum 3 years of active involvement in SHG, Upa-Sangha, or Sangha operations certified by concerned BDO

- Mobilize rural women into Self Help Groups (SHGs) and facilitate primary institution formation under WBSRLM.
- Conduct financial literacy trainings, book-keeping audits, and micro-investment planning for village sub-clusters.
- Facilitate bank linkage, livelihood credit access, and government convergence schemes for women beneficiaries.
- Submit periodic cluster progress registers and monitoring reports to Block Mission Management Units.
